Traveling to Blue Ridge, GA? Blue Ridge, Georgia is an interesting little
town located in the North Georgia Mountains. If you go down to the
railroad depot area you will find several antique shops filled with things
from by-gone years. One of the shops, the Blue Ridge Mountain Mall, sold
several Civil War artifacts; this included guns and knives. Books, Books ,
Books carries used and rare books. When in this shop one must ask what the
sayings on the shelves mean. Several of these sayings are quite funny. The
Blue Ridge Adventure Wear is located in the Tin Roof Building and it
offers clothing, shoes, toys and souvenirs. There are many other shops in
the town. The place I had lunch was a small café called Serenity Garden.. The atmosphere there
was peaceful and the waitress was friendly and charming to talk with. Also
in the town is the Blue Ridge Mountain Scenic Railroad on which you may
take a wonderful trip along the beautiful Toccoa River through the Blue
Ridge Mountains. Visit Blue Ridge, Georgia.

After leaving Blue Ridge I traveled down highway 60 to find Cooper
Creek Store. There I turned onto Coopers Creek RD (Latitude:
N34° 44.612' Longitude: W84° 7.539')
and drove to FS 264. I
took this route to a creek and parked there. Then I walked about 1/2 a
mile to the most beautiful site. A gorgeous waterfall known as Sea Creek
Falls. There is a camping area (tent camping) just a tenth of a mile from
the falls. Go find the falls and Blue Ridge, GA and Happy Traveling!
